Tomasz Oczkowski –  attorney at law, habilitated doctor of legal sciences, Assistant Professor at the Criminal Law Department of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń.

He specializes in the field of economic crimes. Represents entrepreneurs in cases concerning business frauds, money laundering, rules of fair competition, and criminal responsibility under particular laws. Represents members of governing bodies of companies in cases involving their criminal responsibility for activities of a company. He defends the suspected and accused of business fraud and corruption at all stages of proceedings.

Tomasz specializes also in corporate law. He has extensive experience in providing services to entrepreneurs - both partnerships, capital companies, including listed companies, as well as companies conducting licensed operations.

Tomasz handles a broad range of commercial law matters. He advises on restructuring of business entities, including situations where there is a threat of insolvency or bankruptcy. Participates in reorganizations, mergers, divisions, and sale transactions of capital companies.

Supports clients during administrative proceedings.

He is the author and co-author of numerous publications, scientific papers, and legal comments in the field of criminal law, in particular economic and fiscal penal law (including: „Fraud as a property and economic crime”, „Tax law and criminal proceedings”, „Abuse of trust in managing other people's property„).
