In her litigation practice, she represents clients in civil proceedings before common courts, including in matters of recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments from common courts and arbitral awards. She also has experience representing clients in commercial law cases, including corporate disputes and the execution of commercial contracts.

She is involved in regulatory advisory, particularly in the area of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and data protection (GDPR). She prepares legal opinions on internal procedures, advises on their compliance with applicable regulations, and supports clients in implementing required procedures and control mechanisms within organizations.

She also advises on matters related to international trade, including customs law, export and import, as well as the application of sanctions, both at the national and EU level.

 

She assists entrepreneurs in ensuring compliance of trade operations with current regulations concerning restrictions in international trade, including assets recovery and compliance measures.​​
