For several years served as operational officer at the Foreign Intelligence Agency, performing tasks both in-country and abroad. In the years 2011 - 2012 he was the Councillor of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of security of Polish diplomatic missions. He ended his service in the Foreign Intelligence Agency as the director of the department responsible for counterintelligence security and the security of intelligence operations. In the years 2013–2015, he was a member of the board of a company dealing with competitive intelligence. As an expert in security matters, including business security and business intelligence, he implemented projects for domestic business entities and international corporations. He also trained employees of Polish companies operating in the international space as well as officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland or officers of the Government Protection Bureau.
