Martyna Jessa - Legal Counsel

A graduate of Law from the Faculty of Law, Canon Law, and Administration at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. Registered on the list of legal counsels of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw since 2024.

Martyna specializes in resolving judicial disputes, both civil and criminal, with a particular focus on fraud, property crimes, and financial matters, including money laundering and asset recovery.

​

She has experience advising entities operating in the defense sector, including in the area of offset agreements.

She also provides legal advisory services in the field of personal data protection (GDPR) and anti-money laundering (AML). She prepares and reviews internal regulations and assists clients in implementing procedures compliant with data protection laws and prepares them for potential audits by supervisory authorities.
